01Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bitrix24" or "Platform" — refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the bitrix24 brand at the domain bitrix24.vin.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the bitrix24 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a member to access bitrix24 services.
• "Funds" — refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited into or withdrawn from a member's account.
• "Games" — refers to all types of gaming activity available on the platform, including slots, Live Casino, sports betting, and wagering.

The scope of this agreement covers all interactions, transactions, and activities conducted through the bitrix24 platform, whether via the desktop website or mobile app. These terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the bitrix24 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bitrix24 takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online gambling platforms.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list issued by any relevant regulatory authority.
• The funds you use for gaming activities are legally obtained and do not derive from any unlawful activity.

03Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on bitrix24. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. bitrix24 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all funds without compensation if this violation is detected.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. bitrix24 encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security, available free of charge on our platform.

• Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete at all times.
• You must notify bitrix24 within 24 hours if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Bitrix24 is not responsible for any losses resulting from password disclosure caused by the member's own negligence or actions.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain limits — all requested documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

04Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Bitrix24 supports a range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. All financial transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure at all times.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Successful deposits are processed in under 5 minutes, depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and current verification requirements.
• Bitrix24 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same member's name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Funds deposited into your bitrix24 account do not earn interest. bitrix24 does not operate as a financial institution, and funds held in the account are solely for gaming activity on our platform.

05Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

Bitrix24 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in their respective terms. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the bonus terms before accepting them.

• Each bonus has its own validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Bitrix24 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• The bitrix24 VIP Program comprises four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each offering a distinct set of privileges.
• Cashback and VIP rewards are calculated based on net wagering activity and credited automatically according to a set schedule.

06Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the bitrix24 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies to ensure the fairness of every game outcome. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless verifiable evidence of a technical failure exists.

• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, bitrix24 will use system records to determine a fair game outcome.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Bitrix24 uses advanced fraud detection technology to monitor all gaming activity and ensure platform integrity.

07Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all members, bitrix24 enforces strict prohibitions against the following conduct:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Using a bitrix24 account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Insulting, threatening, or harassing other members or bitrix24 customer support staff in any manner.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bitrix24 on social media or public platforms.
• Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback through your financial institution.

08Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the bitrix24 customer support team. Before closing, ensure all funds in the account have been withdrawn, as bitrix24 is not responsible for any funds left in a closed account beyond 90 days.

Bitrix24 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Evidence of fraud, collusion, or serious breach of terms is found.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• KYC information submitted has been found to be false or invalid.

09bitrix24 Liability Limits

Bitrix24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming activity, service disruptions due to system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

However, bitrix24 is committed to maintaining 99.9% platform uptime, and any service disruption caused by our end will be resolved in a timely manner. Bonus credit compensation may be offered at bitrix24's discretion in the event of a significant disruption.

10Privacy and Data Protection

Bitrix24 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with the bitrix24 Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal data will not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Bitrix24 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your browser and our servers.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Bitrix24 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from members. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the bitrix24 website.

Bitrix24 will endeavour to notify members of material amendments via in-account notifications or registered email. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

12Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the bitrix24 platform shall first be resolved amicably through bitrix24's official complaints process.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
